Coffee, made slowly.
Shared kindly.
We're a small UK team building one thing — a quietly considered drip sachet that brings specialty coffee into ordinary mornings, without fuss.
The story, in chaptersCoffee is the quietest celebration. It asks for nothing, and it gives back the morning.
KokochiBehind every cup.
The story behind every Kokochi sachet — from highland farms to your kitchen counter.
From the highlands.
Our coffee starts in the volcanic highlands of El Salvador - a region where altitude, soil, and the slow ripening of fruit produce beans with the kind of clarity worth waiting for. We source only what we'd happily drink ourselves, and we verify every harvest is responsibly grown before a bag leaves the farm.
Specialty, simplified.
Great coffee shouldn't require a barista, a grinder, and a twenty-minute tutorial. Kokochi exists to fold the quality of a third-wave cup into something you can carry - and brew anywhere a kettle reaches. No machine, no mess. Just a kinder kind of morning.
Engineered for flow.
It took weeks of testing - pore size, paper weight, fold geometry - to land on a filter that lets water pass at exactly the right pace. The result is a clean, full-bodied cup with no paper taste, no sediment, and a shape that holds steady on any rim.
Down to the micron.
Grind is the difference between bitter and balanced. We dial ours to a precise medium-fine - coarse enough to bloom, fine enough to draw out every note worth tasting. It's the kind of detail you don't notice unless someone gets it wrong.
Packed by us, in the UK.
Every sachet is filled, weighed, and sealed by our hands - here, not somewhere we've never been. We vacuum the air out and heat-seal each one shut, locking the aroma in. Stored cool and dry, a Kokochi sachet stays fresh for up to three months - no compromise.
Ready when you are.
From farm to filter to your favourite cup. Three roasts. One ritual. Wherever you brew it - a desk, a mountain, a kitchen at six in the morning - Kokochi is ready to slow the day down for a moment.
Made slowly. Sealed with care. Sent on with the hope it slows your morning down for a moment.
