Kokochi is an online retailer specialising in single-use drip coffee kits — individually packaged paper filter sachets pre-filled with coffee for convenient single-cup brewing.

At present, we offer three coffee varieties, which may change from time to time depending on availability.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, packaging, and flavour notes as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur between images shown on the website and the product received, including packaging updates, crop origins, roast profiles, or design changes.

All products are sold subject to availability.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where products are unavailable or pricing errors have occurred.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on kokochi.co.uk are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Kokochi is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather conditions, strikes, or other events outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Product Storage & Use

Our drip coffee kits should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

For best flavour, we recommend consuming before the stated best-before date.

Brewing instructions should be followed carefully. Kokochi is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product.

9. Allergens

While our coffee products are prepared with care, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of allergens due to shared manufacturing or packing environments.

Customers with allergies should contact us before purchasing if they require further information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on kokochi.co.uk, including text, images, branding, logos, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Kokochi and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kokochi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
