Single-origin coffee, precision-ground and sealed inside a self-supporting filter sachet. Place over any cup, pour hot water, brew. Available in our three signature roasts: Hikari, Ume, Kuro.
The same Kokochi coffee, the same precision grind, but supplied without the integrated filter. Designed for guests with their own brewing kit: a V60, AeroPress, French press, or pour-over carafe.
A small, curated selection of brewing equipment to round out your offering: reusable ceramic and stainless-steel drippers, gooseneck pour-over kettles, and glass French presses.
