Delivery Information
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch Timeframe
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
- Express delivery (where available): 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kokochi is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Kokochi is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. We are currently offering free shipping on orders over £35.00.
